The Southern Pacific Volleyball Committee is responsible for Southern California AAU beach volleyball tournaments, the Kauai Bikini Fours Beach Volleyball League, and the elite beach volleyball teams representing the district.

The committee also has an affiliation with the Interscholastic Beach Volleyball League (IBVL) and the Los Angeles International Children's Games Committee. These organizations are linked with a separate website.
